From Central London Hotels - Transfer to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.
Heathrow Departures: pre-booked hotel pick-ups between 4.00am and 6.00pmGatwick Departures: pre-booked hotel pick-ups between 5.00am and 4.00pm
Hotelink do not give you an exact time of pick-up from your hotel. Instead you are given a half-hour window during which the bus will visit your hotel.
Passengers are asked to be ready at the beginning of this half-hour, already checked-out and waiting in the hotel lobby.Your pick-up time is decided by the time of your flight departure.
Most airlines now request passengers to check-in at least two hours before their flight departs. We recommend you book a bus departing your hotel approximately four hours before your departure time.
The first hour is for the journey through London collecting passengers, the second hour (which is also a safety margin) is for the journey from the outskirts of London to the airport.
For Heathrow this is normally a 30 - 40 minute bus ride and for Gatwick, a 30-minute train journey. This leaves the last two hours for your flight check-in.
Some passengers may decline this recommended time and ask for a later bus and while we are happy to do this, we must point out that there is a risk of you not arriving in time for your flight and we cannot accept liability for missed flights.
Once you have booked your journey, you will be issued a voucher, which must be presented to Hotelink staff, prior to being escorted to the bus or train.
Hotelink buses are not fitted with wheelchair access equipment, clients must be able to board the vehicle on foot and their wheelchair must be collapsible.
More suitable transport can be arranged if given sufficient notice. Please give details when completing the form.
