There are two types of sub agency account that we offer. Both are commissionable at a rate of 7.5% (After VAT).
Credit Card Accounts :
We charge your customers credit card and you issue tickets to your client from a stock supplied by us.
These tickets are accepted at the theatre as valid means of admittance. Seat numbers are guaranteed and cannot be used by anyone else once they have been confirmed with us.
Invoice account :
These operate in exactly the same way as a credit card account except you collect payment from your customer.
Invoicing/statements for both types of account is weekly or monthly as agreed on application. Invoices contain all details of each ticket that you have issued (Theatre/ Performance/ Seat Locations/ Prices) At the end of each invoice the totals are displayed less any commission amounts.
At the end of each month we will issue a statement summarising any outstanding transactions and a total of money Owing to us or Due to you.
All payments to you will be made in GB Pounds. We can pay this into any bank account or send you a cheque. We can also discuss alternative payments if you have a preference. |
